This certificate evaluates both the employee experience, through its Trust Index, and the company’s practices, with its Culture Brief/Audit. Indicators such as co-responsibility, innovation, agility, leadership for all, pride and well-being are also evaluated, proving that Freepik Company has a high-trust culture and the ability to attract and retain talent.
With this recognition, Great Place to Work also measures trust, the highest expression of an employee’s commitment, as for the consulting firm it means wanting to give the best of oneself at work and achieve the organization’s objectives.
Freepik Company currently has more than 460 employees, 450 exclusive designers and more than 21,000 collaborators and its design and creative products reach 99% of the world’s countries. In addition, one of the actions that make Freepik Company a Great Place to Work is The Freepik Feeling, an Employer Branding strategy led by the Human Resources team and promoted in 2020 to strengthen the sense of belonging of the staff with the company.
