Bilingual Community Manager (English/Spanish)

The bilingual Community manager is responsible for planning, managing, and following Freepik company’s content brand on social media, as well as monitoring its community and engagement.
 

What requirements must you meet?

  • At least 3 years experience in this field or similar.
  • Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing research, or similar degrees.
  • Valuable: Master in Community Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Fluent in English, native or bilingual (C2 level).
  • Valuable: Native or bilingual Spanish level.
  • Experience in digital or creative companies.
  • Knowledge and interest in social media platforms, news, and trends.
  • Able to identify and track relevant metrics for the community.
  • Capable of interpreting the platform's metrics and engaging users.
  • Experience in organizing initiatives for the community (events, ambassadors programs), writing newsletters, and more.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and other Marketing channels.
  • Teamwork.

What responsibilities will you have?

 

  • Create and manage Freepik’s accounts and tools, such as Sprout Social, on social media.
  • Develop content calendars, from brainstorming to content creation.
  • Copywriting and revision of English texts.
  • Plan, develop and manage Freepik’s content and social media campaigns.
  • Manage the Freepik community in social networks, responding proactively and according to the defined brand-image strategy.
  • Provide an excellent experience to all users while keeping an appropriate digital reputation for the company.
  • Listen actively to all needs of Freepik’s different users, and respond to these proactively and attentively, elaborating proposals.
  • Identify trends and good practices, following the latest news carried out by other relevant companies or similar organizations.
  • Analyse and establish relationships with other communities of interest, potential influencers, and professionals of the same industry.
  • Write reports and define KPIs based on performance and activity.
